We'll ask you to…

Work closely with your creative leadership to become a key driver of any project you’re working on
Maintain a level of creative excellence strategically and executionally
Work well with your program and account managers to help define and then deliver within the parameters of any team project (time, scope, resource)
Be a leader within the studio through mentorship and by example. Help guide your project and team by using not only your design expertise, but project briefs and schedules as part of your metrics for delivering meaningful results.
Be responsible for the quality and completeness of any work that you and your team put out into the world
Be an antenna for outside inspiration, bringing new thinking & ideas into the studio to help drive the quality and relevance of our work
Be an ambassador outside of the studio, represent Mega in ways that attract the best talent and partnership to the studio

experienced, with 5-7 years creating brand identities and systems for global companies similar to the clients we work with.
A critical thinker bringing a distinct point of view that challenges and inspires us all to be better
An expert in your craft in both theory and execution
Fully aware of the needs of our clients, their ask, and how to flexibly work with them to deliver transcendent solutions
Invested in Studio Mega as a business and work with studio leadership to create an environment and practice that allows for world class work to be made
An excellent communicator and presenter, making the complex feel simple by providing distinct and meaningful solutions for our partners

Studio Mega is a dynamic creative team based in Portland, Oregon specializing in brand identity, content creation and experience design. Our team of specialists and experts have partnered with industry leaders for over a decade to solve real challenges, forge meaningful connections, and create lasting value for our clients and their customers through the power of design.

Studio Mega believes strongly in the power of in-person creative collaboration and shared culture. This role will work onsite at the Studio Mega office in Portland, Oregon. The Studio Mega team works a hybrid in office model with the team onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
