Program Manager / Producer



Like many of our industry peers, we’ve seen our studio and our work undergo some seismic shifts during the last 12 months. By staying adaptable and opportunistic, we find ourselves in the fortunate position of having some exciting new work on our hands. We’re looking to add an experienced project manager / producer to not only help tackle new projects, but also to grow with us.

General Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years in project/program management experience.

Agency experience in project management and/or client services.

Project experience that ranges from brand to digital programs.

Working knowledge of Trello, or other new project management tools that make all of our jobs easier and more productive.

Deep experience in effectively planning and running client meetings, and facilitating creative working sessions.

Dedication to improving your skill set. As part of a rapidly changing industry, it’s imperative that this role is focused on staying two steps ahead.


You will be the primary client point of contact regarding anything project-related.

You will be responsible for communication of schedule, budget planning, risk management , and scope.

You will be the internal leader of the project team, responsible for establishing clear lines of communication for all aspects of the project.

You will play a critical role in executing project work that meets our quality expectations, partnering closely with creative and studio leadership.

You may work on highly complex projects or across multiple projects simultaneously.

You will keep an ear to the ground for new project opportunities to keep your accounts healthy and growing.

You will identify, suggest, and implement meaningful process improvements both for yourself and the broader team.

You will be ultimately responsible for the success of any project you’re assigned to.

You will assist leadership and Business Development on pursuits that involve the PM discipline.
