Digital Program Manager

We're looking for a program manager to join our team as a multi-faceted expert that helps us drive work and foster our client relationships.

Simply put, you’re not only a facilitator, you’re an active contributor to the work, culture & success of a creative agency with aspirations to create world-class design that sparks change for the better.

We recognize that there is no one way to lead a practice. While each of us comes with our own unique experiences and expertise, we wanted to outline a few of the things we expect from any of our most experienced team members that can apply regardless of your specific skill set.


Responsibilities:

We’ll ask you to…

  • Be the primary client point of contact regarding project related topics.
  • Be responsible for the development and ongoing communication of timeline, scope, budget planning and risk management of client projects.
  • Able to assist leadership and business development on pursuits of new opportunities with existing or new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical directors to lead development of proposals/statements of work (SOW) demonstrating a thorough understanding of the proposed plan and getting all appropriate leadership approvals before delivery to clients.
  • Able to draft an estimate based on the SOW. This includes identifying the team, and hours needed to complete the deliverables.
  • Have experience running all aspects of digital programs from strategy, concepting, UI/UX design, development, testing and launch.
  • Be the internal leader of the project team, responsible for establishing clear lines of communication for all aspects of the project.
  • Play a critical role in executing project work that meets our quality expectations, partnering closely with creative and studio leadership.
  • Work on highly complex projects or across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Anticipate and deftly navigate people, schedule, scope, and budget challenges.


General Skills:

As a Digital Program Manager, we’ll expect you to…

  • Have at least 4 to 7 years in project/program management experience.
  • Have agency experience in project management and/or client services
  • Have project experience that ranges from brand to digital programs.
  • Be highly experienced in effectively designing and running client meetings, and facilitating working sessions.
  • Be constantly honing your skill set. We’re in a rapidly changing business, you are focused on staying ahead.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the complete digital project lifecycle and have experience orchestrating complex digital engagements for the web, digital campaigns and activations. You have working knowledge of website development, UI/UX design, quality assurance, and accessibility.

Motion Designer

We're looking for creative specialists to express brands through motion and dynamic storytelling.

You’re a designer with expert skills of motion graphics, animation, film/video and editing. Beyond these skills, you’ve got an excellent understanding of design, a passion for storytelling and an ambition to help craft world-class work that informs how brands will behave, engage, and interact with their audiences.

We’re a broad team of experts who each come with their own unique skills, but are united through a hunger to craft new and meaningful experiences for people.

For this role, we’ll look for someone who enjoys flexing their skills across a number of challenges, projects and tools while continually keeping an eye towards creating strategically sound and technically sophisticated work.

  • Create content across multiple projects, using your skills in motion graphics (2 & 3D), editing, animation, sound design or any new and relevant tool, format or practice.

  • Be an ambassador outside of the studio, represent Mega in ways that attract the best talent and partnership to the studio
  • Be creatively driven by the needs of our clients, their ask, and how to work flexibly within the parameters of any specific ask
  • Be self-motivated to grow– actively seeking ‘better’ through new skills, tools and experiences

Brand Designer

Prerequisites:

  • 2 to 7 years experience
  • Impeccable portfolio that demonstrates conceptual and visual depth and breadth
  • The ability to take the work seriously, not yourself
  • Experience working in an agency setting and have helped to build brands a plus
  • A propensity for digitally relevant tools, and a willingness to learn more
  • Proactively seek answers and new ways of doing it
  • PDX location a big plus
  • Open to freelance or full-time positions

Art Director

We're looking for creative minds that love to push the boundaries of how and where brands show up and engage with their audiences. To be an art director here means that you’re both a conceptual creative thinker as well as someone that’s able to help make your vision come to life.

Simply put, you’re not just an idea person, you’re down to craft the narrative and either create or direct the storytelling and content creation of a creative agency with aspirations to create world-class experiences that connect with people in meaningful ways.

We’re a broad team of experts who each have our own unique skill sets and experiences. For this role, we’ll look for someone who has the ability to create and lead next level brand campaigns, engagements and activations. While you may not be responsible for making every expression, you will be responsible for setting, sharing and selling the vision to your client and your team by showing as well as telling.
