In this role, you will help drive our branded experience discipline. You’re someone who understands how to take a brand story and express it within the physical world. You’re naturally curious about architecture, furniture, materials and textures.

Versatility in this role is bridging brand thinking into place making. You’re a conceptual dreamer able to craft original ideas – and also a pragmatic maker that sweats the details on how ideas become physical reality.

We'll ask you to…

Work closely with your Creative Director to become a key driver of any project you’re working on
Maintain a level of creative excellence strategically and executionally
Work well with your program and account managers to help define and then deliver within the parameters of any team project (time, scope, resource)
Be responsible for the quality and completeness of any work that you and your team put out into the world
Be an antenna for outside inspiration, bringing new thinking & ideas into the studio

We're looking for…

2+ years in an agency setting as environmental/3D designer
A critical thinker bringing a distinct point of view that challenges and inspires us all to be better
An expert in your craft in both theory and execution
Fully aware of the needs of our clients, their ask, and how to flexibly work with them to deliver transcendent solutions
An excellent communicator and presenter, making the complex feel simple by providing distinct and meaningful solutions for our partners
Self-motivated to grow– actively seeking ‘better’ through new skills, tools and experiences
Fluent with environmental design tools like Sketchup, Enscape, (or similar rendering tools), spec drawings and the like

Studio Mega believes strongly in the power of in-person creative collaboration and shared culture. This role will work onsite at the Studio Mega office in Portland, Oregon. The Studio Mega team works a hybrid in office model with the team onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
